Description

82 Kingston Road was originally a standard two-storey house: a ground floor fragmented by stairs and walls into three cramped zones (separate reception rooms, a narrow kitchen); a first floor of three equally small bedrooms with a compressed rear space; and no second floor - just roof space. Our three-storey extension scheme, using a coherent design language, completely remakes the property. In its final form, 82 Kingston Road evolves from an ordinary two-storey three-bedroom house into a modern family home offering 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus ground-floor guest WC), open-plan living and garden access.
