Description
8 Herbert Road originally was a typical Victorian terraced house with a fragmented ground floor (kitchen isolated from living areas), a first floor of four equally cramped "box" bedrooms, and a second-floor loft with insufficient headroom and no usable space. Our three-storey extension scheme completely reimagines the property. Without increasing the building footprint, the project turns a dark, closed and fragmented old house into a modern family home offering 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan social level and direct garden access.
