12 Henry Drive was originally a traditional British house with an integral garage: the ground floor was functionally fragmented - garage isolated from living areas, kitchen, living and dining rooms each confined to their own zones - while the first floor offered four equally cramped small bedrooms with scattered sanitary facilities. Our two-storey extension scheme completely reimagines the property through systematic spatial reorganisation. In its final form, 12 Henry Drive evolves from a functionally fragmented ordinary house into a modern family home with clear active/quiet zoning and premium specifications - a social/entertainment hub on the ground floor (open-plan living + ground-floor suite) and a private retreat level on the first (three quality bedrooms + dual bathrooms).
